More Life United Pentecostal Church

My name is Luana and I am currently 22 years old as of April 1, 2009. I am a member of More Life UPC in GrandBay! I was rased in and out of church. At the age of 7 I was filled with the Holy Ghost and baptized in Jesus' precious name here at More Life UPC. After my encounter with God I went through trials and situations that not every child goes through or should go through...but with that said God had me marked and kept a close eye on me...Lord am I grateful! I am the daughter of Harold Wright Jr. and Donna Madden. I graduated from Theodore High School in 2005 and became a student at Capps College of Mobile the following fall finishing my program there in the fall of 2006. I am now a certified pharmacy technician in the states of Mississippi and Alabama. After completing Capps College I was attending Calvary Assembly of God in Mobile and in 2006 became a minstry student at Mobile Masters Commission. We did street ministry in the cities of Mobile, Vegas, and the country of Honduras. We also traveled performing powerful dramas and illustrated sermons. I was one of the lead singers of our band called "Out of Ashes" where I was able to co-write music and help lead people in worship. I finished and graduated from my first year in 2007 and God called me to More Life UPC the place where I found my first love ....Jesus that is! Now I am a Sunday School teacher for 3-5 year olds and an active vocalist in our church choirs and ensembles. I am so thankful for God's Mercy and Grace and if it werent for his outstretched hand I would still be deceived and walking around in circles not knowing where I was going. Im so glad that I've been buried in the Name of the Lord!
